In the event a student needs to cancel his or her participation in our Summer Credit Program in Italy the cancellation schedule is listed below.

Cancellation Fees:

·         The cancellation fees take into consideration the costs incurred by Centro Scuola and Cultura Italiana-Toronto, well in advance of the departure date. 

Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.

All cancellations must be presented in writing by the student’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and the date of cancellation will take effect on the date Centro Scuola e Cultura Italiana Toronto receives such written notice of cancellation. 

 Cancellation Schedule:

• Academic registration deposit of $ 600.00               100% non- refundable 
• Cancellations up to February 28th, 2019                  Full refund (less $600)
• Cancellations March 01, 2019 - April 30, 2019        $1,000.00 penalty
• Cancellations May 01 - May 31st, 2019                  $1,500.00 penalty
• Cancellations June 01st to departure date              100% penalty
